Well not just another Realtor, it's me,  Murray the Realtor and I'm really looking forward to opening a new and exciting chapter in my life.

Are California Home Prices Near Bottoming Out?

July home sales were weaker than expected as economic uncertainty overcame low prices and near-record low mortgage rates. Inland Empire's July median price $172,290, which was slightly below June's price and 6.1% less than July 2010's price.
