What Does It All Mean?

Rising prices may reflect a marginally brightening real estate market, but as but sales decreased (demand) and inventory and active listings have increased (supply), increases in prices soon is unlikely in this market.

There are currently 218 standard sale listings (some equity) on the market and 271 "others" (short-sales, REO, etc.). Houses in all price ranges are selling for less than their original price, which is an indicator that this is still a buyer's market. Interest rates are at or near the lowest levels in years, making home affordability exceptionally high. It's a great time to sell and move up, and an unbelievably great time to buy.

We Did It In Meadow View!

We're happy to announce that we have closed a dynamite deal on a fabulous house located in the prestigious Meadow View area at a miraculous price for one of our wonderful clients. Our buyers are beyond ecstatic with their French country chateau with over 5,680 exquisitely detailed square feet, 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, pool & spa, outdoor kitchen, separate living/guest area, over-sized 3 car garage and lots more.

Like most short-sales, this transaction required lots of patience from our client and a lot creativity from us working with the seller and their agent to make sure we all came out happy at the end. Our client got the house of their dreams for a great price and the seller was happy to move on with their lives, and we are so thrilled to be able to create a win-win real estate transaction for everybody!
